About Me

I am an MCSA/MCSE, A+ cer­ti­fied com­pu­ter tech­ni­cian.  I have been pro­vi­ding IT sup­port to various cor­po­rate envi­ron­ments for over 10 years, wor­king with end users.

I know that home users have a lot of the same issues and ques­tions but without the same sup­port options.  I am loo­king to link that bridge with advice and support.

I will bring my abi­li­ties to the home users in the Omaha, Ne area and my advice and exper­tise to the internet.
