Great use for an old tool

I admit, I am a Stum­bler.  I like to see what is out there.  Every now and then you come across a great gem like this one.  I found this here.

Basi­cally, with one com­mand, you can have Note­pad (yes that appli­ca­tion that ever­yone for­gets about) create date time entries.

To use this you will need to open note­pad.  There are a few ways to open it: START->Run->notepad.exe, right click on your desk­top and select net text document.

With your new file open type in .LOG on the upper most line.  You will then save and close the docu­ment.  Every time you open it in the future, it will insert the current date/time.  Enjoy
